The Store raises quality cattle (Aberdeen Angus) and sheep (Suffolks and Texels) in small numbers in open fields, making best use of the natural environment. The stock is only fed on natural pastures and home-grown fodder with no GM supplements. Traceability of the end product is completely assured by literally seeing the product through from pasture to customer. Meats are hung properly and traditionally to complete the assurance of a quality.
